At Mayson Bros Ltd we pride ourselves on our rapid response maintenance teams.

Our central location in the county enables our experienced and highly qualified maintenance teams to respond to high priority callouts within one hour for the majority of Cumbria. This option is available for all services we offer, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

Our expert teams provide a quality service to all our clients in many construction disciplines. We work in partnership with local authorities, businesses, housing associations and private clients to deliver exceptional value for money and class leading quality.

Our dedicated Health & Safety officer ensures that H&S is a core company philosophy and this is reflected in our low accident to man hours ratio.

Training is another important part of our company ethos. To this end we are a CIEH accredited training center and hold courses for both internal training and for external clients. We are also CITB registered to work and improve the construction skills of our workforce. Approximately 10% of our workforce is on an apprenticeship scheme at any one time. As we currently have around 85 employees this is a significant investment in training.
