Drains are one of those things that no one gives a second thought to, until there's a problem. Mayson Bros Ltd are drainage specialists covering the whole of Cumbria and more. We can undertake a variety of jobs including:

• High pressure jetting and unblocking. Using a high pressure jetting unit we can clear drain runs from obstructions. We also use jetting to clean pipe runs where necessary before a CCTV inspection is carried out.

• Root cutting. Where roots have ingressed into a drainage system they can cause many further problems. Our root cutting expertise ensures that the roots are removed efficiently and safely from the system.

• Soakaway design / installation / maintenance. We can design and install new soakaways and maintain existing ones.

• Drain repairs. Using either dig repairs or a no dig pipe lining system we can repair both surface and foul drain runs. We are Highway certified and as such can carry out repairs in the public highway. Please click here for our pipe repairs page.

• Drain installation. We can install a wide variety of drainage systems, land drains, road gullies, domestic drains whether its a new run for an extension or a whole estate needing a full drainage system we can complete the work on time and on budget.

• Culvert works. We can maintain existing culverts, re route them or construct completely new ones. We can also do any brick work, install grills and valves as well as offering a full cleaning and inspection service with our trained CCTV & confined spaces operatives. Often the area around a culvert becomes neglected. Mayson Bros Ltd also offer a vegetation control service on a scheduled basis.

• Confined spaces inspection. Our operatives are fully trained in confined spaces entry and inspection. We can carry out inspections of confined spaces with the highest standards of safety.

• Gully cleaning. Our trained operatives are fully trained for highways work and can clean out all types of gully.
