At Mayson Bros Ltd we pride ourselves on our rapid response maintenance teams.

Our central location in the county enables our experienced and highly qualified maintenance teams to respond to high priority callouts within one hour for the majority of Cumbria. This service is available for all services we offer, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

Our multi-skilled teams have the capability to quickly appraise a job and efficiently effect a repair. We appreciate that even the best maintained of properties occasionally run into an emergency and we offer an on call service for a wide array of problems. We can help in the case of flooding, blocked drains, storm damage, electrical faults etc, with a prompt service from experienced tradesmen.

We currently run a number of successful maintenance contracts across Cumbria in a number of fields. We operate a drainage maintenance call out service for local housing associations, a properties maintenance contract for a local authority, a highway drainage maintenance contract for a local highways authority amongst others.
